7 cottages, 30 condominium units, combination flats and townhouses, a bistro, and a Bed & Breakfast make up this beautiful Built Green community located on Bainbridge Island. 4 condos were sold at a substantial discount to the Housing Resource Board to make homes accessible to first-time buyers.
PHC received 2 Home Builders Association Awards for the 2007 Parade of Homes; 1 for Best Home $800,000 - $1,000,000 and 1 for Built Green Environmental Achievement. In addition PHC received a Kitsap County Earth Day Award for their contribution to this green building project.
