Cullum Homes has been building in Arizona for over 25 years. Rod Cullum, owner and President, is one of the most well-known, respected builders in the Phoenix valley. Their in-house design team, project managers, and skilled tradesmen all contribute to make them a leader in the housing industry.
Cullum builds custom homes in the Silverleaf, Desert Mountain and Paradise Valley communities. They are in the early stages of a totally unique project called The Village at Paradise Reserve. This project will consist of 32 custom homes ranging in price from $1.595 million to $2.2 million. The Village is a gated community next to a mountain preserve just minutes from downtown Phoenix.
This project is getting an enormous amount of local press and is expected to be a template for future projects, not only in Arizona, but across the country.
