Location: Denver, Colorado
Architect: Sink Combs Dethlefs
Contractor: Shaw Construction

This project was a renovation of an historic 1927 building.

The challenge on this project was matching new window sizes to the existing masonry openings. Sierra Pacific's flexibility with special sizes was a key factor in the successful restoration effort.

Black aluminum clad exterior casements and transoms with simulated divided lites grace the perimeter of this historic building. The black clad exterior blends well with the lower level storefront units for a homogenous effect.
