Albina Yard is the first building in the U.S. made from domestically fabricated cross-laminated timber (CLT). The buildings wood frame stores about 80.5 metric tons of carbon, offsetting 295 metric tons of CO2 emissions. Sierra Pacific Windows' Architectural Wall System with it's glue-laminated Douglas fir interior and extruded aluminum exterior provide expansive views of Mt. Hood and downtown Portland.
